If you are a fan of digital ham modes, check out FT4 and FT8 on the software WSJT-X. This free software contains other modes as well, but I have had the most fun with FT4 and FT8. These are modes that work well, even in weak signal conditions and provide a fast way to make a QSO and exchange signal reports. Not rag chewing modes for sure, so won’t be for everybody.
